Little Wings Memorial Wall

 It is very rare, for each of us as human beings, to go through life without being  deeply touched by the love shared with a dog or cat companion.... or two... or three... or a bunch... It is a heart felt bond that transcends time and space - they are not "just pets"... they are a part of the family, they are our loyal friends, and their love for us is unconditional.

The Little Wings Memorial Wall was first conceived as a symbol of Acadiana Humane Society's heartache and grief over the needless euthanization of countless dogs and cats by the animal control centers.
It also became a loving dedication to those that we were able to rescue, take into our care, and foster, but were called to the Rainbow Bridge before they could set their paws on that golden road to a new life and home.  No matter how brief or how long their stay is with us, their passing to the Rainbow Bridge is deeply felt and mourned.

We invite you to join the Little Wings Memorial Wall by making a donation in the memory of your beloved pet or pets.
